Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within 30 minutes of placing an order.

  • Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Cancellation requests after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Charges

  • Within 30 minutes: No cancellation fees are charged.

  • If Occult Hindu cancels an order due to stock unavailability, logistics constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, no cancellation fees will be applied, and the full amount will be refunded.

This ensures fair treatment for both parties in accordance with government e-commerce guidelines.

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 1-day replacement policy for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order and provide mandatory proof such as unboxing videos and images.

  • Returns for size issues, personal preferences, or minor quality concerns are not accepted.

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or are not in original packaging are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us within 1 day via WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue details.

  2. Return Product: Send the unused product back in its original packaging.

  3. Verification: Our team will inspect the product. Once approved, we proceed with the replacement.

  4. Replacement Fee: A flat fee of ₹200 is charged for approved size exchanges, covering shipping and handling.

  5. Receive Replacement: After processing the fee, your replacement will be dispatched, and a tracking number will be provided.

Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution

  • Complaints raised via email or support channels will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • We aim to resolve all customer complaints within 30 days from receipt.
