Shipping Policy

At Occult Hindu, we are committed to delivering your order promptly while ensuring safe, high-quality packaging. All online paid orders are shipped on the next working day.


Delivery Time

  • Non-customized orders: Typically delivered within 5–6 working days from dispatch.

  • Customized orders: Typically delivered within 5–9 working days from dispatch.

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, during normal working hours. Orders are shipped via reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc. For locations without courier service, we may use India Post (delivery not guaranteed).


Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on all online paid orders.

  • Multiple Unit Orders: Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

  • GST Compliance: Prices include GST as per Government of India regulations.

  • International Orders: Please contact us at occulthindu@gmail.com for shipping details.


Express Delivery

Express delivery is available in major cities within 4–5 working days.
For remote locations, customers may be required to collect orders from the nearest courier center if door delivery is not feasible.


Damaged Products

If you receive a product in damaged or tampered packaging, please refuse delivery and contact us at occulthindu@gmail.com with your Order ID.
We will arrange a reverse pickup and send a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
⚠️ The product tag and original packaging must be intact.


Order Cancellation

  • To cancel, email us at occulthindu@gmail.com with your Name and Order ID within 30 minutes of purchase.

  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • In most cases, orders cannot be canceled — however, our team will try to assist with the best possible solution.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Returned products are inspected for quality, original packaging, and included accessories.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or via mutually agreed alternatives.

  • Credit timing depends on your bank/card issuer’s policies.


Replacement Policy

  • All sales are final – products are non-returnable.

  • No refunds/replacements will be provided for defect-free products with minor differences in color, shade, look, or slight transit wear/tear.

  • Replacement is offered only for manufacturing defects or damage.

Steps to request replacement:

  1. Provide images/video proof of the defect and shipping label.

  2. Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all items.

  3. After inspection, if the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no extra cost.

  4. If no defect is found, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
